This plan includes two scheduled visits, a spring time visit to perform a comprehensive inspection and testing of your Air conditioning system to ensure its ready for the summer cooling season. All electrical components will be tested, a performance test of your system will be conducted. Any repairs or cleanings that may be indicated by testing can be addressed at the time of the visit at a considerable discount.
A fall visit to perform a comprehensive inspection and testing of your heat pump or furnace system to ensure its ready for the heating season. All electrical components will be tested, furnace burners and safety controls tested, a performance test of your system will be conducted. Any repairs or cleanings that may be indicated by testing can be addressed at the time of the visit at a considerable discount.
